SBC work procedure commences with the identification of a service need by SBC in the client work area with the invitation to tender also known as invitation for proposal from the client

The tender is reviewed and prepared in a quotation which is then forwarded to the client in both technical and commercial forms as required or as a single source request to Tender/Quote

Follow up on the tender submitted is continued further with the client as acceptable to the clients procurement policy guide

Contract is executed with the clients or any other legal form of job order afterwards service is delivered or executed following legalization of contract

Payments for services rendered is made in milestones as agreed or stipulated in clients procurement policy
